At all levels in our business, we treat safety with the highest priority constantly striving to eliminate the causes of incidents in our quest for an injury-free workplace. We expect our employees to take individual responsibility and encourage safe work behaviors. It is our objective to promote and train to create a positive safety culture amongst employees and to ensure that all of our activities are undertaken safely. Safety training begins for each employee on Day 1 and continues throughout each team member’s career, ensuring our customers receive reliable, safe services and peace of mind.

Employee Training
Every new hire receives a minimum of 2 days of safety training prior to beginning any type of work at Centryx Mechanical Solutions. Throughout each year our safety manager ensures that all field personnel are certified in OSHA 10 & 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and excavation. All safety classes administered by CBW adheres to all OSHA guidelines and is directly from the CFR Code of Federal Regulations, Construction 29 CFR 1926, General Industry 1910, as well as EM-385 and NFPA 70E. Our 2-day New Hire Safety Training class includes the following certifications:
- Permit requires confined space
- Loto lock out tag out
- Fall protection
- Silica awareness
- Forklift & scissor lift operator
ISN, AVETTA, HIGHWIRE
Centryx Mechanical Solutions has been a part of ISN for the over 9 years. We are also part of Avetta and Highwire. Our Safety program and records are audited quarterly, this includes our OSHA 300A, 50+ RAVS Written Safety Programs and Policies. Our well-known clients range from Tysons Food, Perdue Farms, Honeywell International, Eastman Chemical Company, ABM, HHMI and more. Safety Training For Commercial HVAC Services Involves:
