Steven Weiss

Steve Weiss brings nearly two decades of accounting and financial leadership experience in the construction and mechanical contracting industry, including prior CFO and Controller roles where he focused on improving processes and systems to help the companies scale through a period of significant growth.

Known for building strong, collaborative teams, Steve has consistently fostered a culture of accountability, communication, and professional growth within the finance organizations he has led. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus, and is based in Arlington, Virginia.
